The Italia stand is developed on two large exhibition areas: the public corridor that connects the two areas is completely integrated into the project’s overall image, so as to have a visual perception of a single large space that will represent the Italian publishing industry. The pavilion is presented as a series of white volumes along the long sides of the main area, and an inside square where visitors are invited to consult the books on display on the inside walls or on the display modules of the tables. The idea was to make the book the protagonist of the event: all the parts, from the floor to the walls and tables, are completely white, in the lack of colours, except for the communication graphics, so as to put the book in the foreground.
